Product Use & Patch Testing
All ingredients used in our products are disclosed to allow customers to assess suitability before purchase. Customers are strongly advised to conduct a patch test prior to first use, particularly if they have known sensitivities or reactive skin. If any irritation or adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been shipped or delivered. Refunds may only be provided in cases of incorrect or missing items. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Soaper Space reserves the right to evaluate each case and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Soaper Space shall not be liable for delays outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Use of Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Soaper Space reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or refuse service to users who violate these terms.
